1- Booking is made in advance through the website (For any inquiries please contact via WhatsApp 99806978).
2- We reserve the right to accept or reject any booking according to studio conditions or professional considerations.
1- If the booking is cancelled without informing us 48 hours before the booking date or in case of no-show, the amount will not be refunded.
2- Rescheduling is allowed free of charge if informed 48 hours before the booking time.
1- Booking time is calculated from the reserved time selected by the client, not from arrival time.
2- Any delay by the client will be deducted from the paid booking duration.
3- Any extension beyond the scheduled time, even by one minute, will be counted as a full additional hour.
4- Our team will notify the client 10 minutes before the end of the session.
1- The number of attendees must be arranged in advance with management.
2- The client must maintain the cleanliness of the studio. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio or in external corridors.
1- The client is solely responsible for any damages or losses to the studio property or equipment whether caused by the client or accompanying persons.
2- The client bears the cost of repair or replacement of any damaged equipment or decorations during the booking period.
● Studio management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of the client or accompanying persons.
● Response time for inquiries and bookings is from 10 AM to 10 PM.
A WhatsApp message will be sent by our team to confirm the booking date and time and remind of the cancellation and rescheduling policy.
A WhatsApp reminder will be sent including the booking time, some conditions, and the studio location.
Our team will contact the client to know their feedback which helps us improve our services.
