Booking and Payment Process
1- Confirmation: Bookings must be made in advance via [WhatsApp / Website / Phone]. A booking is not considered confirmed until the deposit is paid.
2- Payment: A deposit of [50%] of the total amount is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the session begins through the website.
3- Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to accept or refuse any booking based on studio availability or professional considerations.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
1- Cancellation: In case of cancellation or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
2- Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed free of charge if we are notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time. The paid deposit will be applied to the new booking. If the rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before the original booking time, a new deposit will be required for the new booking.
Time and Management
1- Start Time: The booking time starts from the agreed-upon time in advance (not from the start of shooting). The booking time includes preparation, shooting, and cleaning.
2- Late Arrival: Any delay by the client will be deducted from the paid booking time. If the delay exceeds 15 minutes without prior notice, the studio has the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit as compensation.
3- Overtime: Any time exceeding the booked period, even by one minute, will be charged as an additional full hour and must be paid upon vacating the studio.
4- Notification: Our team will notify the client 10 minutes before the end of the booked time.
Attendance and Cleanliness Policy
1- Attendance: The number of attendees must be agreed upon in advance with the studio management.
2- Cleanliness Commitment: The client is required to maintain the cleanliness of the studio. The following are strictly prohibited:
Responsibilities and Damage Compensation
1- Responsibility: The client or the booking holder is fully responsible for any damage or loss to the studio’s property or equipment, whether caused by them or any of their companions.
2- Compensation: The client bears the full cost of repairing or replacing any damaged equipment or decorations during the booking period.
Disclaimer
1- Personal Belongings: The studio management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of the client or their team before, during, or after the booking period.
2- Scope of Service: The booking includes only the agreed-upon space and basic equipment. It does not include photography, editing, or directing services unless agreed upon separately in writing.
